OUR RENTAL POLICIES
Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests allowed & we recommend 8-guest occupancy for maximum comfort.
Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation made at least 45 days ahead of occupancy.
Rental Balance: The non-refundable rental balance is to be deposited ten working days prior to occupancy.
In the event a reservation is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, PAYMENT IN FULL is required.
For reservations for special dates; Day of the Dead, Easter, Christmas & New Year, we require payment in full and we do not refund in case of cancelation.
Security deposit: To rent la Casa Lloreda we require a security deposit to cover possible damages to the house.
Return of house keys: We request that you please return the house keys upon your departure or 25 US$ will be deducted from your security deposit.
Payment terms: Rental payment is to be deposited to specific bank account. We do not take credit card payments.
Cancellations: All cancellation notices must be sent in writing to our email address. No rental monies will be refunded if cancelation is done 45 days or less prior to the original date of arrival.
Check in time: Noon - 9pm; Check out time 9am-Noon.
Early or late check-in / check-out times must be arranged in advance, preferably at the time of your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate our guests
Transportation: We can offer the service of independent drivers for airport pick up or for itineraries in the region.
Tours: We can arrange for independent guides for your visit of Patzcuaro and the region.
Pets: Regrettably we love pets but they are not allowed to stay.
Catering: We offer the paying service of an independent caterer to cook meals for guests at la Casa Lloreda. We request that you reserve your meal services upon confirming your booking. We have a delicious menu to select from.
Cleaning: The Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and at your departure. In order to care for our environment, we do not change towels or bedsheets daily. For our guests spending a longer time with us, we will give you fresh sheets & towels on every fourth day of your stay.
Staff: You will be received by our house Manager; Miguel, who will show you around the house and to your rooms. He will visit you, twice daily to make sure all is well. He can be reached at all times, in case of emergencies, and is available during the day for any questions over his cell phone.
Smoking & candles: We are a non-smoking villa and we request that you please do not use candles on premise as the house is principally made of wood.
